Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and can stretch during peak holiday season or severe weather.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first update.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once the shipping cost is covered.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email support@jollvia.store. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if the package is lost.
